Dabbing or Vaping Marijuana?

Marijuana wax has become more popular, and it actually is due to the concentrated version of these compounds, without the added organic matter to this. You do need to be careful when you use this, with the two most popular kinds of usages for this is usually dabbing along with vaping.

Both of these offer a greatly concentrated extract into you, but dabbing wax is a little different from smoking and vaping, and dabbing can sometimes be too much for you. But we’ll go into each of these, and which one is best for which circumstance.

How does Vaping work

Vaping is the most common way to do this, and it’s also the most versatile kind of way to smoke marijuana because you have a lot of different varieties of ways. You can use coils or make your own, and there are even different temperature settings with this, so you can play around with this. Most also like it too since it’s portable and very easy to use.

Literally just put your mouth on the opening, put the wax inside the chamber, and then, when the wax is heated up to the desired temperature, it then becomes a vapor that you can inhale in. strength ultimately depends as well on the type of vape that you want. Smaller pens usually hold a little bit less wax and can cause airflow issues too, but they are good for medical usage if you don’t need higher dosages.

What about Dabbing?

Dabbing is a little bit different.  Vaping usually does involve putting wax into a chamber and then inhaling in its vapor form. Dabbing involves heating the area that’s there before the wax is placed there, and usually, a blowtorch is used to help with this., This is where they heat it up, and then, it immediately heats up, it then disintegrates, and from there you inhale all of this in.

It is similar to normal bones that you may be able to use, but the type of heat that you prefer to use basically should have the consideration that it should be hot enough so that it will melt and disintegrate your wax so you can heat it up. When searching for a rig, think about how and where you’ll use and store it. Since this is for dabbing, the most important part of this is to have higher heat tolerance. This can be riskier just because of the heat.

The Differences

There are a few differences. Even though they both use wax, there are a few major changes. First, the vapes are easier to implement and usually involve less hazards than a dab rig does. The dab rigs also involve more patience along with finesse in order to use this right without it possibly injuring you as well.

Vapes are also very portable compared to dabs, which usually are something you just keep at home. Vapes do have more to be done with research though since there are different features, models, brands, and the like that can be hard for you to choose from. Dab rigs are also easier for you to choose from.

Which is Better?

There isn’t one specific answer for you to use but they can be based on what you prefer. If you want something that’s easier to carry, and if you don’t mind inhaling with a device, get a vape pen. They’re also very beginner-friendly. If you want more power to the punch, then you should get a dab system, and from there, see which one’s best for you to use.

What Is Psychedelic Cannabis?

Have you ever heard of cannabis strains that are psychedelic? If you haven’t, you may be picturing something like mushrooms or LSD. Contrary to popular belief, psychedelic cannabis strains are not anything like those types of drugs. In fact, cannabis is generally regarded as a risk-free drug and doesn’t have nearly the same amount of side effects or potential “bad trips” that you may experience using these other types of drugs. However, it is important to note that psychedelic cannabis strains are not recommended for beginners or novices in the marijuana world. The head high with these strains is no joke, and that’s why we suggest really getting used to normal strains with potent THC levels before stepping into the world of psychedelics.

The reason that this is important for me to talk about today is because many people are not aware of the psychedelic strains of cannabis. In some areas of the United States they are wildly popular, while other areas with psychedelic marijuana can’t seem to get them off of the shelves. So whichever location you find yourself in, you want to make sure that you know what you’re getting into. This is especially true, because many novices will see psychedelic strains on sale at their local dispensary and figure they might as well give it a shot for some cheap weed. However, like I mentioned before, these strains are not recommended for beginner cannabis users. But I wanted to take the time to come on here and write about the various strains of psychedelic cannabis and tell you all that you need to know about it.

So what about psychedelic strains of cannabis makes them so special? What is really the difference that you should know? Well, unlike most cannabis strains that you may have tried, you get some very insane highs that cause you to trip out alone in your bedroom. This can be a super fun ride or a scary time, depending on how much you smoke and how well-versed you are in the marijuana scene. When you picture psychedelic drugs, you probably think of things like ketamine or psilocybin. Ketamine is known for a lot of psychoactive effects and is commonly used for off-label therapeutics.

With that being said, cannabis is not the same as these types of drugs. It is also worth mentioning that ketamine is now federally legal in the United States for some purposes. Cannabis is different because it makes you a different type of high. It also depends on the type of strain that you are consuming. Indica strains of cannabis are associated with much more calming highs that are great for relieving stress, relaxing, treating anxiety, and being able to sleep at night or treat insomnia.

Myths About Cannabis and Sleep Busted

Sativa strains of marijuana are mostly associated with energizing highs that can even increase levels of creativity and focus. The type of high, and consequently the psychoactive effects, that you experience will vary greatly depending on which marijuana strain you use.As opposed to other drugs that are manufactured to create a high, cannabis is completely natural. Psychedelic effects naturally occur in the cannabis plant, meaning that some strains become much more potent in psychoactive than others.

Over the years, we have developed and determined several different strains that are extremely potent in psychedelic effects, and some people really enjoy using these strains for medical or recreational purposes. However, most of the reason why people choose to use cannabis is to relax, so there is not a huge market out there for psychedelic cannabis. Plus, other people prefer to use mushrooms or other means of tripping out.

Want to Grow Your Own Cannabis At Home?

Have you ever wanted to grow your own cannabis plants at home? Sure you have! In fact, many of you have probably been doing it for years illegally. Well, for those of you that are living in the great state of Connecticut, you can now legally grow marijuana on your property. Recent laws passed in Connecticut that have legalized marijuana for adult use, meaning that all adults over the age of 21 can use cannabis even without a medical marijuana card. This bill also included decriminalization of the justice system regarding cannabis.

People who have been charged with possession of cannabis in the past few years will now see reduced sentences, and further charges going forward will be non-criminal offenses with a $150 fine. This is super great news, especially when considering that a charge with marijuana possession could entail a $1,000 fine and even one year of jail time. After this bill has been passed, there is no incarceration or criminal record involved with possessing cannabis illegally.

This is super great news to the marijuana community and organizations in Connecticut. What about people in prison in Connecticut who are serving sentences due to marijuana possession some odd years ago? Don’t worry! These people can apply for expungement, which basically means that they could see reduced sentences in their charges or dropped charges altogether. However, it is important to note that these programs take time to set up, so we probably won’t see recreational dispensaries popping up in the state of Connecticut until sometime next year. Regardless, you could always go out and try to obtain a medical marijuana card if you want to jump on the train early. AFter all, Connecticut’s medical mariuana program is very generous to people struggling with a great variety of conditions.

The other great thing about this bill is how business owners will be decided by the state to own and operate recreational dispensaries. 50% of all cannabis business licenses will be reserved for social equity applicants, which means that half of the licenses will be granted to people of color. Of course, they still need to meet the other requirements for the license, but this is really good news for minorities who would like to own their own recreational cannabis dispensary.

You may be wondering: can I really grow marijuana in my own home in Connecticut now? The answer is yes! However, it is important to note that you have to already own a medical marijuana card to be allowed to legally grow cannabis plants in your home or property. The recreational use of cannabis will not cut it when it comes to growing it yourself.

However, if you are able to do this and qualify, you might save some money in growing your own stuff. Plus, you may find some incredible strains that you can grow yourself and enjoy the benefits. One of my friends grows his own cannabis in the state of Michigan - man, that stuff is so potent! There is seriously so much THC in his marijuana, I don’t really know how he does it.

So all in all, there is a lot to be excited about if you live in the state of Connecticut and enjoy using cannabis for medical or recreational purposes. Some people rely on medical marijuana to treat their chronic conditions or painful symptoms related to disease. For these patients, marijuana is not just a recreational game for them - it’s seriously about making it through the day and being able to function. Hopefully we can continue to make advancements in the medical marijuaana industry to help even more people!
